Grading:

Your grade comes in 3 parts

Each is graded differently, goes in the gradebook in a different way, and has its own rules about retakes.

     The Essentials

Portion of Grade: 40%

Based on: Tests

Scoring: Pass/Fail

Retakes: As many as you need until you pass

Other: You have 1 week after you don't pass a test until your grade drops by 40%

   The Connections

Portion of Grade: 40%

Based on: presentations, quizzes, and projects

Scoring: 1-4 scale (4 is great!)

Retakes: may earn 1 attempt per quiz, highest score in each area stays

     The Goods

Portion of Grade: 20%   Based on: Classwork & Homework

Scoring: Pass/Fail

Retakes:

Other: Work more than 1 week late worth partial credit.
